The Los Angeles Athletic Club is now hosting open court volleyball every Tuesday night at 6:00 on the 6th floor gym. I encourage everyone, from beginners to advanced players, to join in the fun.
The volleyball program has plenty in store for all you volleyballers. There is a co-ed league which is offered to members and non-members. It will include an 8 game season and, of course, playoffs to polish it all off. We will also be offering a Skills and Drills class before the open gym to help you hone your game. These classes will be tailored to the specific needs of the participants. Both beginners and advanced players will benefit from it. Each week will focus on a different skill and we will also cover strategy and the recent rules changes. So please come out and join the competition.
